Terms of Use
The rules for using codema.ai, its demos and its examples.
Effective date: October 12, 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of codema.ai, operated by Codema.ai (“Codema”, “we”, “us”), a business based in Quebec. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Any software platform or marketing service you buy from us will be covered by a separate written agreement.
Using the website
You may use the website to learn about Codema, try the demos and contact us. You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or to send spam;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or its data, or interfere with its operation;
- copy, scrape or resell the website or its content in bulk;
- submit false information or someone else’s information without their permission.
Demos, previews and examples
- Demo platforms show illustrative sample data. Names, figures and screens are fictional examples, not real customers or results.
- Preview scores, such as the virality playground score, come from simple on-device heuristics. They are not predictions, guarantees or professional advice about how content will perform.
- Prices, savings, timelines and calculator results on the website are examples for information only. They are not quotes or offers. Only a written proposal or agreement from Codema sets the price and terms of a service.
Intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, code, illustrations, the Codema name and logo, belongs to Codema.ai or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use requires our written permission. Content you use in the in-browser demos stays yours and stays on your device.
Third-party links
The website links to third-party services, such as the Google Calendar booking page. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty
The website and its demos are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Codema is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, resulting from your use of the free website or demos, or from relying on example figures or preview scores.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be waived. In particular, if you are a consumer, nothing in these terms excludes our liability for our own acts or those of our representatives, prevents you from going to court or joining a class action, or requires you to use arbitration. Nothing limits liability for bodily or moral injury or for intentional or gross fault.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or the law. The new version applies from the effective date shown on this page and does not apply to past use. Changes never affect a separate written agreement you have signed with us, which can only be changed as it provides.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Quebec, without limiting a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
Language
These terms and our Privacy Policy are available in French and English. The French version is the primary version and is presented first to visitors in Quebec. Both versions are of equal value. The French version is available at any time using the FR link at the top of the page.
